Q Have you got a lift and is it suitable for mobility scooter?

A We don’t have a lift, however we have previously had guests stay that use a mobility scooter. We can park it in a secure place at the rear of the hotel and are more than happy to charge it for you overnight.


Q Do you have parking facilities?

A We don’t have any on-site parking. The nearest car park is Central car park located at the end of our street and is less than a minute walk away.


Q Are any of your rooms on the ground floor?

A All our rooms are accessed via stairs. We have 1 room that is in the basement however still has some steps.


Q Do you provide towels?

A Towels are provided free of charge.


Q Do you accept cats?

A We do accept cats if in cages.


Q Is the dog allowed to stay in hotel room whilst we leave the property?

A Although we do prefer that dogs are with you at all times, we do understand that each dog is different and some are happy to be left for short periods of time. We would ask that you leave a contact number should we hear your dog in distress.


Q Can I pay on arrival at the hotel?

A We request payment 3 days before your stay at the latest.


Q Shared showers or private?

A All our rooms have a private ensuite bathroom including shower.


Q Is the hotel OK for someone with low mobility?

A All of our rooms are accessed via steps. The minimum is 8 steps to our Large King room, and our doubles and family rooms have a minimum of 12 steps.


Q Is there a bar in the hotel?

A We don’t have a bar at our guest house.


Q How much does it cost for a small dog please??

A We charge £20 per stay for dogs when booked via online agents, however there is no charge for pets when booking directly. 


Q Are guests allowed to come back early hours in the morning?

A Yes you will have your own key so can come and go as you please.


Q Do you supply an iron?

A All our rooms include an Iron and Ironing board.
